The reliable of running a car that is meth dependent is so low that i would only consider it as a last resource to attempt any kind of record. Plus, our engines is so expensive that instead of waiting any failure to spend money in new engine+labour, i rather spend that amount of money on the current healthy engine and achieve power levels way higher than the meth can provide.

I have a WWI in my M3 supercharged and is only working as a safety device over the pump software. It gives you a peace of mind knowing that when the engine is at max boost, there is a device that is preventing engine knocking, keeping low AIT's and increasing a bit the fuel octane. The gains come when you have the results of a super cold day in the heat of the summer.

I run straight methanol with the HSF3 kit for over two years now, never had a single problem. I run on racefuel map (not aggressive). Even if the kit fails to spray methanol my knock sensors will save my engine.
What I did I have spend an extra €1000 on tubes and fittings. All supplied fittings and tubes are not safe, I have upgraded to braided hoses and stainless steel fittings. It is a bit cosly but safety is more import and. I have also changed the nozzles which again are not very good.
I will post pics and give any information needed if anyone want to know.

Do you know a shop in our country that can install this on a 997TT?

would meth be senseless to install on a car with just a flash and exhaust?

only real gains to meth is so you can up the boost correct??

what gains would you see in this situation

excuse my limited knowlegde.. but i wan't to learn

To use braided hoses you first need to buy the "AN" (LOOK) fittings from Howerton Engineering. The company that makes the Aquamist kit.

Even though they are not as good quality as they should, you have to buy them from there.

Picture 1

The two fittings on the left are to fit the nozzles and they are waste of money! The thread is so small it will brake before you use it.

Here are some AN fittings in Stainless steel, braided hose and tools

Hose should be size -3 also the fittings should be -3AN

Last picture is for comparison of supplied T vs Stainless steel AN T

I have also changed the supplied nozzles to some better quality ones from "coolingmist"
It was a little difficult to fit them to the tube since there is not much space but i mannaged to do that by customizing some parts. You will need to find some 1/8 NPT female to fit the nozzle and on the other side it has to be AN male.

So you will need a 1/8npt (female) to -3AN(male)

I looked everywere and couldn't get the fittings for the nozzles, so i decited to make them.
I took a pair of stainless steel Ts, i removed two of the three AN male tips, and opened a 1/8 NPT hose at the pack which was flat and ideal (picture1)

(picture2) Ex T and nozzle screwed on the Y-pipe

.
Howerton is not who makes Aquamist kit. Jeff Howerton is the biggest Aquamist distributor in North America and is a very helpful resource with Aquamist. However Aquamiist kit is made by ERL.

BTW I love that you guys have such a perfect spot for the gauge in the 997tt
