Front Lip Scraping Problem 997.1 TT

I never thought of this as a big deal. The stock part is around $150. Most of the damage is to the underside that can't be seen unless you're looking for it.
I had a big dollar Techart front spoiler on my car and even that, any scraping was pretty much limited to the underside.

Or spend about $5k i think or the Techart lift kit system the $150 a year will go a long way towards this.
for anything smaller i would just remove it as it's only about a an 1 1/2 " high anyway, but it looks funny without it had my off for a while when it was being repainted.

My car is lowered with H&R springs and the front lip catches ground everytime I get into my garage, scraping a little underneath. I just do not care.
It is not $150, Suncoast sells it for $190.
KW also has some kind of lift system:

Get a second lip as backup. I keep one painted in the warehouse, usually swap it during annual service. Did not want to spend 4-5k to get the lift kit, car has stock suspension though I'd love it a bit lower. Just know it would beat the crap out of the painted lip.
If you have painted, just get a second one and have it ready.
Also angle your entry/exit. I found that coming down my drive nose first plowed it into the pavement (had drive and curb altered a couple years ago to avoid issues), but backing out (rear first) works just fine. Going into driveway first is no problem at angles, no scrape, etc.

I'm keeping the stock lip. I was told that getting a lip that sits higher than stock might compromise the aerodynamics a bit at very high speeds. Thank you all for the feedback.

YA for sure i have even heard if you do not use one it is possible to get into a speed wobble like on a motorcycle, scary stuff i tell ya.
Have the TechArt - and honestly I don't care. It's scratched up underneath, however unless I cheek the asphalt there's no way of telling.
