You need a OBD2 scanner, read the CEL light.. possibly buy a Durametric; these cars are good at covering up CELs. Could be a boost leak or something simple; or could be an overturned camshaft inside your motor. Bring it to your local tech and see what they say.

Yeah, it's probably fully drivable to your dealer. Wouldn't stress to much about it.
Untill you get the error read out it's pure speculation. But if I were to bet - with an ECU/exhaust it may be your O2 sensor (replace or dirty).

Mine also just came on... Scanned it ,shows misfire cylinder 6 ......drives fine ,symptoms are slight hesitation upwards 3-5k rpm ..... Almost like she's chocking .........I am thinking spark plugs ? Coil pack? The MAF airflow sensor wouldn't cause that right ? AnyFeed back

Mattym6 - yup, you got it - sounds like plugs. There's almost always a "stutter" (feels like fuel's been cut), in the 3k+ range, generally under load - that's a good sign it's the plugs.

Don't think the Porsche CPO warranty covers wear items, like oil changes, plugs, filters, etc. Just FWIW.

My money is on 'post cat sensor, too rich' due to the exhaust.

update from dealer there are no codes but they noticed the same rich running smell on startup even more than usual so are keeping car for a few more days to check what else it could be. head tech did a roadtest and felt that it wasnt pulling like normal up to 4000 rpm

If it's a bad coil, it will be covered under the CPO.
