Power Window Question

I'm having an issue with the auto-up feature on the passenger side window. It works going down and in both directions when operating the convertible top, but have to hold to go up from the drivers side switch. As I'm writing this, I realized I haven't tried it from the passenger side switch so I'll try that when I get home. Any other suggestions?

Push the window switch up until it closes. Continue to hold the switch up for 15 seconds. Resets the memory.

Same issue as well. I have to hold the button up until the window reaches half way then double tap for it to auto up.
Also have the window streaking problem that i cant seem to find a solution for, any rain or car washes leave streaks on the inside of the windows any time i put them down. Any advice for either would help.

I have a coupe with the exact same issue. Durametric barfs an error code for that (and my driver's seat). Something to do with parameters being out of range. I figure the switch has gone bad, but am open to ideas?

The coupe driver side, in my 2007 TT is "one touch" down and up. The passenger side is "one touch" down, but going up, I have to hold the switch in the up position, till about the window is half way up and then it will go the rest of the way. At some point I will dig into it, to see why I am getting the error!

The owners manual for my 12 TTS says the passenger window has to be 1/2 way up before auto up feature works. However, I was told by the dealer that the windows have a very sensitive pinch protection mechanism that will stop the window with even a hint of resistance. This requires adjustment of the window. Also, Porsche had installed windows which were too thick in some cars, leading to continuous pinch sensor stoppage. My previous Carrera S had the passenger window replaced with a thinner window. Problem continued. I traded the car and on this one saw the above suggestion in the manual.

Just a quick follow-up on this... I tried all of the suggestions without success. However, in my attempts, noticed that the passenger window auto-up was working when the rear passenger window was down but not when it was up. So I tried the ECS Tuning suggestion on the rear passenger window and that did it. The front passenger window auto-up now works with the rear window up or down and the top up or down. Thanks for all the feedback...
