I am upgrading my turbos and during this process I will be changing the oil and coolant. My main concern is how much oil and coolant do I need to buy?

Remember, all of my oil will be drained, including whats usually sitting inside the turbos so I know i'll need more than what is usually recommended(8.5 quarts I believe)

 

Capacities are in the owner's manual - page 291 or thereabouts. Turbos contain very little oil so I wouldn't worry about that - better to not overfill but top off after you check.
