i went today to a audio shop , he said that kind of issues usually happend from the amplifier , so he moved it out from the car and asked me to call him tomorrow so he tell me if this problem can be fixed or not ..

so i will update you once i know ..

 

finally , music is here !! i paied $220 for fixing the amplifier , the guy told me that there was orange big wire damaged , it was located from the pcm to the amplifier


now everything running fine

Orange "wires" are the fiber optic cables. So you had a loose or bad conections which will cause the fiber loop to go down and stop communicating.

 

To be honest , i do not know exactly if it was loose or bad connection , he just told me that the orange wire should be fixed

 

I am glad you got it fixed, good for you . Can you please tell me where is the amplifier location in the car

 

Amp in the 997TT is in the front trunk behind the hunk of plastic that also covers the Nav. Hard to miss!

I took mine off to properly fit a fiber optic loop and have yet to snap it back into place correctly
