GMG Sway Bars settings.
^ Agreed with Cannga - but do the tests with the rear softer -> stiffer and with the PASM on unless you are on a place where spinning out won't cause any damage (IE a skidpad or autoX). You do not want your car suddenly oversteering while you are playing with settings if you aren't prepared for it.
For anyone interested, I would recommend to try different settings of the sway bar to see which one fits best for your taste, your particular setup, tire, driving style, etc. Until you do, you really wouldn't know what's best. There is not a "right" setting.
The 3-4 combinations worth trying imho: soft front middle rear, soft front stiff rear, middle front middle rear, middle front stiff rear. Pay attention to body roll, comfort, and the "bite" of the front tire as you try. Less body roll is better (stiff front AND rear) but will affect comfort, front traction is generally better particularly in high speed curves (soft front), more precise steering feel is better (middle front), etc.
If you are at middle middle, at the least try middle stiff. The rear of the turbo has A LOT of mambo type movements and this would help. FWIW my GMG is at soft front middle rear but my car has Bilstein and Tarret drop links so I don't need to stiffen rear bar as much. Just my 2 cents YMMV.

Bringing this one back from the dead...
After reading this thread as well as many others, I bought the GMG adjustable anti-sway bars for my stock suspension'd 2002 and had my local shop do the install a few weeks ago. After speaking with Fabryce at GMG to talk about my goals and driving style, we went with full soft front and full hard rear.
I've been able to do 2 canyon runs in the past week and half, and as others have claimed, the upgraded bars did help dial out quite a bit of the understeer. It's not perfect, but it's a major improvement. My slight concerns about the settings being skewed towards oversteer are unfounded, and the car is planted both going into corners as well as squirting out @ WOT in 2nd gear.
Overall a great upgrade for those who are unable to lower their cars (due to driveways, city driving, etc) or don't want to do a full coilover conversion.
Thanks again for the great thread!

Also, makes a great remedy for kidney stones...30 second fun run and it will crush your kidney stones to sand and you will pee those puppies right off...
