we need to see some pics of your car to get a better idea of where you're at, but yes it could end up being a bit too much with chrome tips, emblem and license plate frame on the rear. but it's a tough call because the black chrome could clash with the polished emblem and frame. sorry not being very helpful but I understand your struggle

Tough call, my initial thinking would be to stick with the polished version based solely the color of your car but at the same time the black chrome still does have the chrome look. If you're thinking it's too much chrome it's cheaper to remove the license plate frame and insignia than purchase something you really didn't want.

Vg247. Upon further review, I'd get rid of the chrome license plate cover and keep the chrome 911 emblem and add the chrome tips. That would be complementary and not over kill on the chrome IMO

Thanks guys (btw didn't mean to jack this thread)..

Here are pix for a better input from you all. The license plate frame I am putting on is actually this one from Suncoast (haven't received my plates yet so still have the cheesy dealer one on)

tough to tell what the chrome plate will look like on the car but now that I see your car I would keep the chrome "911" emblem and add the chrome fabspeed quad tips for sure. When you get the chrome plate cover see if it adds to the look or detracts from it, then make your call. I think that is a better approach since the emblem and the tips are more important than the plate cover

and in the meantime immediately remove and destroy that dealer plate, it is depreciating the value of the car every second it spends attached to your ride

Good point, thanks (too bad, I was hoping for the black chrome look for a change from straight chrome)

! I've been wanting to get rid of the dealer plate, etc and have been procrastinating...off it goes now!

I already have the Suncoast plate what I meant was waiting on DMV plates...

Why don't you, I and Tom try to meet up next weekend in Livermore for lunch and we can check out Tom's well configured TT and you can also see the fabspeed tips on our cars.

I should know which day (either Sat or Sunday) works best for me early next week. I'll PM you guys and we can coordinate a meet up, hopefully there's a day and time that works for all

I couldn't wait and bought my own Fabspeed Black Chrome tips, and a Ti exhaust to go with them! I'm hoping to get at least the tips soon. Keep me posted as to when your available.

By far the best looking tips out there. I took mine off and went with dump pipes...but I am thinking about putting back the exhaust....but then I open her up and I change my mind...LOL
Fabspeed is a great company to deal with...you can't go wrong with them.

Here are my fabspeeds....

This is what she looks like now...
