Techart lowering springs

Guys, considering the techart lowering springs. Seems from what I've read here folks like the quality and performance of these springs.

Right now with stock set up the front lip has 5" of clearance. What can I expect in terms of clearance with the techart lowering springs? Those who have it can you take a measurement and let me know

Thanks!
Art

I have GMG springs and love them. They don't quite lower as much as the Techart springs but are stiffer. You're in the bay area, you're welcome to come check out my car. I did do the Bilstein Sports with PASM compatibility, though. (not coilovers, just stiffer and shorter shock replacements)

I'm really happy with my suspension setup.

I just measured my car, fitted with Techart spring: 110mm (4.33 inches) clearance between front lip and ground.

perfect thank you. They advertise ~15mm drop with the Sports suspension (PASM) of the turbo so this comes in right around 17.5mm drop. very helpful, now I need to take a few measurements around my driveway and make sure I can still clear
