New 997 TT Project 4.2L +1400hp
Hello guys,
This is our newest project after our record holder 4.1 liter engines.
Here are some details from the project;
ENGINE
- 4.2 liter stroker engine (103.6mm x 82.4mm)
- Secondary oil jets for pistons
- High pressure oil pump
- Cylinder head porting
- Special head sealing system and headstud upgrade
- CNC designed intake manifold
- Fuel system upgrade with 3 pumps
- 64mm Titanium turbochargers
- Esmotor built tiptronic transmission
- NEW rear wing carbon intake system (utilizing modified stock airbox)
- NEW 90mm (3.5inch) stainless x-pipe exhaust system
- Custom designed headers
- Water/methanol injection kit
BODY
- Complete GT2RS body kit conversion (ALL OEM)
- 997.2 Speedster black headlights
INTERIOR
- Paddleshift alcantara steering wheel
- GT2RS bucket seats
- Door pull strap conversion
- Alcantara/carbon interior upgrades
- HKS camp gauge system integrated in PCM (you can listen to cd/radio at the same time
DRIVETRAIN
- Bilstein B16 damptronic suspension kit
- H&R sway bars
- Centerlock conversion kit
- GT2RS wheels
- PCCB brake kit upgrade
- Stronger Tiptronic specific rear axles
- Pirelli Corsa tires (for winter use)
- Pirelli Trofeo R tires (for summer use)
Break-in is just finished. We made some tests at 1.2 bar boost. All i can say is WOW.
Here I posted a screenshot from our test drive. (at ONLY 1.2 bar)
I also measured 1/4 mile by P.BOX at 9.9 sec @ 145.8 mph
60-130mph - 4.79sec
I will post more pictures later today.

Injectors are 1100cc now.

Axle connections and lenght is different compared to manual version.
Nice that u make some 1/4 mile passes! Great time for such low boost, i make same but on 1.7 bar... keep going! We want to see some low 9 sec on dragstrip!
