!!Sharing my great experience! TA carbonfiber front lip..!!
I came across this auction on ebay,

It is a TA style carbonfiber front lip for our 997TT,
since the guy was some-what local to me, so I asked him if we can meet up half way, he said no problem!!
So, I met up with the guy (he drove 1hr and i drove 1hr), very straight forward typical 6speed type transaction, I even looked at the lip (because it is "defected unit, so cheap"), only imperfection was that two seems where the carbon weave meets the other weave, it actually looked pretty cool, and it was 100% full carbon fiber, not fiberglass + carbon weave on top. the gel coat looked perfect too. it was also feather light!
I drove straight to my bodyshop guy, it took him literally 10 min to put it on,
fitment was perfect!!!! (I had other lip kits on my previous 997TT, this one was by far the best fitment).
So, my conclusion, the guy is legit, the product is even more legit, so why spend $1000+ for other "carbonfiber weave cover over fiberglass" front lip, where you can get this lip for half of the price!!
I am NOT affiliated with this guy what-so-ever, I am just giving out my thought/opinion over this product, which I think most of us have came across on eBay thought it was FAKE or not comfortable with ZERO feedback guy.
He also mentioned, he will come out with more 997TT products in the future, such as TA style full carbonfiber rear spoiler, rear lip, OEM lip etc.. I can not WAIT!!

That looks good! Glad you got a good deal. Let us know how it holds up. I would like one but I am always rubbing coming out of my driveway. Kills me every time I hear that scraping noise. LOL. Think I will stick with the cheap plastic one.

they are 20% tint all around.
they are exact copy of TA, they are about 0.5~0.75" lower than stock I assume..
the price was $549 shipped to your door,
I met this guy in person so he knocked out another couple $$..
