Which is the lighter in weight? Weight really makes quite a difference ive found and once the wheel is heavier than the OEM then style for me has to be take second place. Always better to get a reduction in weight along with an improvement in style.

TechArt all the way. Although ADV1 has nice looking wheels, I would not recommend supporting that company at all based on the owner's history.

I have info on the stock wheel weights but not on me but will post it later this evening.

I do believe from reading past threads on this issue the Techart wheels are very heavy....heavier than stock.

Have you had a good look at the many forged offerings from manufacturers such as HRE, Champion etc etc?
You appear to be choosing form an incredibly narrow selection. There are a number of wheel threads if you search, many with photos.

The lighter weight wheels definitely do something positive to the car in the way it handles and accelerates. This i do know from my own experience since changing the stock rims to the Champion RF67's i now have on my car. The lower the unsprung weight and the lower the weight of the reciprocating mass the better this car will drive and perform. However If showboating around is the main objective then there are a lot of great looking wheels around, some heavier than the next. But desirably you still wouldn't exceed the weights of the stock rims...that's for sure.

tough choice, you give up..
get it ? lol

my vote is for BLACK or dark gray (charcoal) ADV's.
those techarts are like AC Schnitzer wheels for mid 90's bmw's. They were cool at one point.. not so cool anymore.. and they weigh a ton.

ADV1, no questions asked. I've seen various styles in person and they look even better in person than in pictures, and their owners absolutely swear by them. Those guys (ADV1) know how to design and build a terrific looking wheel.

Simply going by looks, I vote the silver ADV.1.

That being said, I like black wheels on a white car, but I'm not a fan of those TechArts, especially those silver rings.

If you are very meticulous and love to detail your car on a regular basis, black is the way to go. If not a lighter colour is always the smart choice. Also the bumpers before they are painted to match the car are black. So if you get a chip or scrap it will be less noticeable on the black car. Both colours are great. Up to you.
