R U Faster than a Redneck

Without trying to offend any resident Rednecks on the 6 is any one else watching this show on Speed channel,i've been waiting for a 997tt to show up they've had a GTR a Gallardo & several M3's already pretty fun to watch side by side racing at the Carolina Motorsports Park ,modded imports against built muscle cars .Also looks kinda reckless i wouldn't take my car out there crazy rednecks passing in the turns someones def gonna crash.

That modded out GTR smoked every muscle car they threw at it they even had Bo Duke driving one of them.

Those muscle cars they are using are big $$$ builds. Definately not your average redneck.

It's an entertaining show for sure. I'm just surprised that it seems like in each episode, a redneck or two will go off track. Which is not very impressive, considering that it's their home track, and there are only like 5 turns, and the race is only up to 3 laps...

Don't think anything in their staple will run with a modded GTR or equv import. However, I can see one of their faster cars taking the lead in the initial straight upon start, and blocking all the way to finish in front, since it's only 1-3 laps.

well, nothing prevents them from using a modded ZR1 or Z06, which will probably be competitive with anything on that track.. But then again, even a modern vette may be too sophisticated for the rednecks..
