RPMs Drop low after Rev

Had an interesting issue come up and would appreciate any guidance.

Just finished fixing the infamous coolant leak, replacing the clutch (wasn't necessarily needed yet, but took the opportunity with the engine drop), new spark plugs, and upgrading my exhaust to Cargraphic Loud (more to come). Pulled the car out for a drive and noticed that after revving (which you can imagine is top of mind with a new exhaust) in neutral, the RPMs dip below below 400 as if the car is about to stall, and just hangs on...and then comes back. Any idea what might cause this? Interestingly, happens more with a light rev than hammering the pedal in neutral.

The car has no tune (not planning on anything yet). Literally only about 20 miles on since the exhaust install.

Any thoughts? Greatly appreciate any guidance

Thanks

Problem solved - or at least, the issue was solved by lubricating actuator rod on the turbos. Looks like it was sticky. I had noticed that the car seemed sluggish after 4-5k rpm, so asked the shop to address. Seems to have worked.

Thanks! I didn't see this but clearly a lot of posts on this topic. Didn't think this would impact engine speed at a standstill in any way, but it worked! Maybe just a coincidence, but I am happy to have it back to normal!

Didn't know it would cause RPM to drop, good to know. Glad you got it sorted out.
