Works like a charm (lot better to use than the rocking switches) and a great update to the whole interior.

Having said that, I drove Skand's car sunday, a 2007 tip with paddles which worked perfectly. And they do shift faster too! This guy is a magician sometimes (most times). But its a very pricey conversion mind you.
