Durametrics settings help/advice!

I would like to know what settings you guys use in durametrics software for logging?

I just want to see if I missed anything out.

Plus I'm sure this would be handy for future reference for others.

Just a list would be great.

Thanks in advance,

Nick.

Nick, I compiled many of the threads into this:

Hope that may be of some help.

I saw this straight after I posted my thread lol

Thing is I just thought a quick check list would have been easier, something straight to the point for logging.

I'm gonna have a read through anyway.

Cheers Bobby helpful as always.

Hi Nick,

Set log rate to fastest, and set these parameters for basic VTG car logging.

- Engine speed
- Engine load
- Actual throttle plate angle
- Ignition angle
- Actual lambda bank1
- Actual lambda bank2
- Intake air temp
- Press. ahead of throttle valve

You can try, but not needed IMO, less parameters = faster logging.

since you can see ambient by dashboard and you can calculate speed by rpm and gear if needed.

On my beemer I did log speed and rpm sometimes just to make sure the clutch wasnt starting to slip, but I did that separately...

take the parameters and split them in half. make 2 passes and logg faster refresh rates. typically no more than 4 readings at a time
