I'm using 99 ron fuel.

I might have an air leak somewhere but Rhonda took the logs last night and sent them to Germany so lets see what they say anyway.

earl3, TTdude and bbywu, Nick has 2 trouble codes currently which need to be sorted out, P 2188 and P 2190. Both are Lambda control adaptation FRAU (lower load range) above limit value so he will have to check into the mass air flow sensor, secondary air leak in the intake system, a leak in the exhaust, the fuel pressure / injector or the fuel pump.

Received this answer from FVD Germany - There is no one lineal value for AFR. It is depending of a lot of other parameters. Generally speaking German Tuners says for any Turbo engine good and safe Lambda is between 0.80 and 0.85.

Rhonda - thanks for the update. 0.80 * 14.7 = 11.76, 0.85 * 14.7 = 12.50.

Well...in normal circumstances i would keep my opinion for myself...But since opinions were asked i would say that
1)ICs work good
2)Boost is a little low...
3)AFR is slight lean

I suggest to raise boost a little to 1,5 over and 1,3 to redline and tune your afr to 0,82...but tuner sure knows better than me...

Just wondering what 60-130 or 100-200 times you have with that setup?

Strangly, I thought this at first also. When I first looked at the log on my iPad, I thought lean, but AFRs only get there when he's not not a WOT. During his final run, at 260km/h, his AFRs were 10-11.5ish.

Thoughts?

I also noticed some bank to bank AFR variance on the last run. Combined with the 2 codes he's getting, sounds like a leak somewhere.

As soon I fix this leak/problem I will run some times.

What do you reckon it should be?

Dont mention it...
I suppose a good tune should give you less than 6,5sec for 100-200km...
add around a sec for 60-130mph.

It's also nice for people to say good things about the intercoolers!

regarding boost: What is the formula to convert to bar? What is it measuring in?

nevert00fast is infamous around these partsnevert00fast is infamous around these parts
1 bar= 14.50 psi

At idle it measures 1000 so that would be your zero, if you have 2400 then 2400-1000=1400 which is 1.4 bar 1.4*14.5= 20.3 psi

Thanks, but isnt it 1.4 * 14.7 20.58psi?

EDIT: nevermind, checked, its 14.5037738

for a very long time I thought 1 bar was the same as atmospheric pressure (14.7)

My opinion, good tune < 6s 100-200 km/h, <7s 60-130 mph, full weight, race gas and smooth as stock.
