hmmm, you have prompted me to jack up my car and take a look at this....I don't remember needing a special torx for that?

best of luck with the install and exhaust, let us know your impressions!

No, I had a issue at a jobsite this morning...it's 3 pm and 100 degrees but i'm about to change and start the process....Stef said it looks like a torx but a regular socket will work.....I will update in a few hours, I prob will get everything off today and reinstall tomorrow.

Don't worry, let anything get you down and just relax. You may need to review the tools and equip you are using. Use a stud remover socket and spray some penetrating fluid into the rear of the thread and try and work the stud back and forth in the thread. If it doesn't want to move or only wants to get to a certain point before freezing solid again then you may need some localised heat to prevent the stud from breaking off. If you don't have gas then try and get the the nut off the stud first then clean the thread up with a die nut properly and then use two regular non lock type nuts, tightened together in opposition and then get the stud back home into the housing. These nuts and studs can present a challenge on occasion. That's why you are better off using non lock nuts during instal in any event you have to take them off at one stage.

Soak all the nuts w wd40, you'll need a short hand ratchet 13mm to get the superior medial nuts. If the studs come out too, no big deal. You'll need to double nut them to install.
You can get the o2 sensors posteriorly at the exhaust exit site w a long 22mm hand wrench.
Take a breather, attack it in the am. Between my cars and others I've done this job at least 15 times, it's very doable.
