I appreciate the offer, but I saw it last week in person while I was in So Cal. That is partly what draws me to this particular car, because I am an **** guy, and I know this car meets my standards.

Well... They have accepted my offer, so now the wait begins. I'm very excited to take delivery. Thanks for all of your input, I feel like I got the right car for me. The tricky part is going to be avoiding upgrades.

If past history dictates the future, I will fail miserably. At this point I think an EP1 exhaust and tune will make for the perfect reliable super car. I'll drive it as-is for a bit though, considering I never even test drove a Turbo and its been a year since I sold my Z06.

I paid $82k

I think prices have gone up recently, because aside from one other private party TT with PCCB at $75k, I cant find any cheaper cars. Especially in red.

Well hopefully they stay up. But then again, I don't see myself selling the car any time soon, so whatever.

I actually like the wheels it comes with, but that could change. I will definitely look more into the upgraded rear taillights. I still have a lot to learn about the differences between the .1 and .2. I also want to search around to see if theres a way to put the touch screen nav in the .1. I'm sure that's on here somewhere.

congrats on the purchase, nice options & color- great to have another 997.1 turbo on island- look forward to meeting you-
you using pasha or matson to ship here?
i just got mine 07 TT tip, in March from dealer, few days before it was to be shipped to CA as it wasn't selling here-
Thinking of EP1 also but want to let more of my 2 yr CPO before i do mods- maybe we can get discount on shipping or labor
if we buy together- more later
As i said in PM, i got durametric pro so if you need, your welcome to use it- i changed codes so seat belt chime is off, & so windows go up/down with remote lock/unlock.

Well, Sean sent me a copy of the DME report as promised before we made a deal. I think it looks fine, but tell me your thoughts. No 5 or 6 ignitions was all I was really worried about.
