And as for Red, I wasn't even considering a red car until I saw this one. I think Red takes it from looking like an everyday car with super car performance to a super car all the way around. It isn't for shy people though. I've driven it a total of 20 miles and one gas stop, and I've already been approached by 4 people who wanted to look at it and ask questions. That kinda surprised me.

Now if this damn rain would ever go away.

FYI check out pakshak- for detailing products- they're on island with good prices and products. online & decent forum-

may want to consider a laser jammer - bought one for my previous 02 996- got ticket 3 days after purchase- then bought a jammer- recent 07 TT purchase had blinder already installed- 3 in front- 1 rear-

your welcome to use my durametric pro , if needed. i coded windows to go up/down with lock/unlock on key remote & stopped the seat belt chime..

Barry,
I checked out Pak Shak as soon as I knew the car was on its way, I will definitely be using them for supplies. I appreciate the offer on the durametric, I will probably take you up on that. I'll PM you my email and phone. Let me know if you know of any worthwhile car shows or cruises. Thanks.

The only thing that isn't perfect on the car is the front lip. My dealer has one in stock, so I will buy a new one in the next few days when I get a chance to run over to Honolulu. Their price is ridiculous, but its still cheaper than Suncoast after shipping.
They are made to be driven in any weather!
That's no excuse!

You're right, it's not an excuse . But I just spent 2 days detailing it, so I would like to get at least a couple miles down the road before it gets dirty.

Just got back from a quick 20 mile drive around the south end of the island. We also took a detour to one of my favorite twisty roads on the way. Wow, the car pulls hard, handles well, and is just all around fun to drive. I really love this thing.

Crappy iPhone pic and not great lighting, but you get the point.

After a full detail, I took some better photos. The car arrived near perfect, but I couldn't leave well enough alone. I used Menzerna SF4500 with a PC to get rid of some fine micro marring, and it looks absolutely gorgeous now. It still has a few hard to see RIDS that I will eventually deal with when I buy some Menzerna SIP, but for now I will just drive it. Gosh I love this thing.
