Almost done, just need 2 different size bolts for the base. They fit like a glove, I'm a 32/34 inch waist and got the Ring GT and they fit perfect. Harness bar is all in. Even figured out how to fake the seat belt warning, I still get the airbag like that I will work on getting addressed.

Thanks.

Just got back from Watkins Glen and here's my review of the seats.

They felt like a perfect fit. Side note: I've never had other track seats, but the sure felt good and snug. They are easy to get in and out of, I didn't need to use the slider at all. I think I must of saved 25 lb per seat as well. I got tons of compliments from any one who saw them. The diamond stitching was a hit.

The only issue is the center hole was not ideal for a 6 pt harness. I read how it's ok to put both sub straps through the oval hole in the seat. But I talked to Status and will be putting in 2 holes a little back and separate per Scroth specs. They would make any holes custom if you tell them were you want them, I just didn't know to ask.

I used a HANS device all weekend, that in conjunction with the 6 pt harness I almost felt faster because I felt safer.

The Glen was a great fast track, hit 148 mph on the back and 133 mph on the front straights. Overall laps times weren't that great because of braking early. NOT a lot of room for error in many corners.

Got some video I hope to get up to youtube in a few days.

Total was around $3k for both seats, that included the custom turbo script, custom colors, base seat brackets and sliders

Wow, that's actually not that bad. What does the back of the seat look like?

They are painted black fiber glass, smooth and shiny. My new rule to modding since it sees a lot of track days:
- If it doesn't make me faster then I have to see and feel it when I'm driving or see it when its parked when I'm looking at it.

DRLs were probably my dumbest purchase, I really don't give a crap what people think when they see it, it's sole purpose in life is to give me wood.
