Need help: 997tt w/ evoms tune/ IPD boost low
2008 997TT that I bought bone stock last month with low miles.
Had an IPD plenum and Y pipe put on, an evoms 550kit (tune, recirc valves), TCU update by evoms, BMC filters, and exhaust. They said this should put me around 600hp.
Should be running 21-22psi. The same whether its in normal or sport mode. My car does have sport chrono pkg, but was told boost will now be the same regardless of mode.
Car feels faster....but....
Only putting out 15psi in normal, and 17psi can be hit occasionally in sport mode.
So where is the boost? From what I understand the display should show 18psi but be producing more.
Also why is there more boost in sport mode when it is supposed to be same regardless of mode according to evoms.
Supposed to take the car in one day this week back to porsche (did the install) as we were waiting on the recirculating valves to come in. They want to do a leak test.
Thoughts?
