my car has gt3071 . does the plenum and the gt3 tb will add some real hp or they are waist of money for my setup ??

i know some people think that it does not add hp and others says it will drop some hp in the mid range . can you guys help me to know because i am going to buy them .

 

I think if you stick with OEM TB and plunim will give and make good TQ ..

Thanks .. but can you explain why for me ?? i have a gt3076 on my car now and i think that the plenum and tb will increase the cfm and that will make more hp and good spool but others don't .

 

The plenum is a pretty nice upgrade as long as you have good fuel and everything is set. Just the step up in throttle body alone will serve you well I think at higher hp levels and the plenum will do it's thing. I bet you can do a trial too. If it works keep it. If not send it back.
