I use hoosier R6, with 850whp and 860lb torque. 345x30x19. You will need to warm them up. If your power comes in early. I have used R888, Perilli Corsa. The R6 hold the best. Just be careful during cold weather. You'll have issues regardless of tires.

Yes, on front i got Hoosier a6. Same was at rear but they died very fast
Also I have Hoosier drag radials 335/30/18 for drag passes only. This tires very unstable at high speed, after 250 kmh but have phenomenal grip in compare with r6

Do the Hoosier Drag Radials have White colored letters on the sides?

I felt scary on Hoosier DR. Switched back to MT ET Streets.

You are correct A6 die faster than R6.

In your case I would not use non-treaded on front axle. I would put a set of Pirelli Tropheo with some treads on it.

Hoosier R6 will be just fine on the street. I DD my car with no issues. Only during rain and snow it will be dangerous can't see why you would be driving that car in those conditions anways. I went through a brand new set of pirelli Corza's in three months with this power level, and got good traction for the first month only.

when you go on hoosier's webpage a pop screen comes on saying "not DOT" legal etc...

If you are seeking advice to go 340 + km/h on the Street you have a mental problem, just buy the cheapest tires as you will sooner or later pass away. No matter which tires you have...

Hoosier R6 are DOT tires, they are street legal, aslo they marked to 300+ speed.

+1 about racing 340+ at street, its way to much. Even 300 is fast enough and very dangerous.
