Oil changes for a DD 997TT

Did a search but couldn't find the answer. I daily drive my 07TT and have put 5k miles since July. I know the interval is once a year regardless of miles, but does that still apply if I'm putting on 15k plus a year? Presume I should take it in at 7500 intervals, but curious if there's a recommendation here.

Thanks!

Cant find it exactly but do remember some more senior members talking the 5k - 10k/miles per year as good intervals for the oil change. If you track it would think the lower end, if not, would think the higher end. 7,500 seems like a nice comprimise.

Good luck

Oil and a filter is cheap, just change it if you have any concerns.

Agreed. I use 5000k intervals (or 1 year, whichever comes first) even with Mobil 1 in both my vehicles. Cheap insurance for longevity.

Send it off to blackstone labs and they can tell you how long you should be running it.
