Got paint correction done on the entire exterior at Detailers Domain(http://www.detailersdomain.com) about a month ago.

how much did they charge you? my car needs a detail, maybe i'll go see them.

 

I have had a few cars done and it really depends on 3 things:

1. The condition of the car.
This will dictate how many steps will be required to get the swirls. Basic steps are Compounding out deep imperfections, then medium polish, fine polish and jewel finish. If your car is in good shape perhaps you wont need the compound or Medium step? If you wont see the difference between the fine and Jewel step, skip the Jewel step.

2. The LSP (Last Step Product)=protection you want. I hightly suggest you go with a coating and Phil offers Opticoat. I did that on my Wife car well over a year ago and it still cleans very easily and is very protective.

3. Size of the car-SUV or a small sports car. More paint = more time and in the end this is all calculated in service hours.
