Exhaust tips are basically the same.
Not that I dislike the .2 but I do NOT like the tails. LED yes but thats where it ends.

In my opinion, headlights of 997.2 look way better than 997.1. The updates look is fresh and simply matches the car better.
Exhaust tips match the shape of the led tail lights, which is superb by porsche designers. The ones on 997.1 are just ovel looking.
U are the first person i hear that says the tail lights of 997.2 look worse than 997.1 hehee so many have upgraded their tail lights to the led look, never heard of anyone doing the opposite.
To me, the 997.1 tail lights look old. I don't think i'd buy a car now which does not have leds! It just makes the car look newer

LEDs are ok, but thats it. The oval tail that goes into the bumper looks bad. And seeing the tips changed to a more oval shape then the .1 would have looked like their tails which are less oval.
I am still not seeing a difference in fronts except for the ring.
I have LEDs on my .1 wouldnt do a bumper swap to get that though.

Oh no, dont tell me you are one of those guys that loves an exhaust tip... even though its fake. I think its safe to say both .1 and .2 tips need some work but its a single pipe therefore only needs on tip. I love the Quads on the Kia.
The rear bumper on the .2 looks like its trying to hard and Porsche proved it with their thinner longer ones on the 991. Frankly the stock non LED lights on the .1 look bad. best of both the .1 with LED.
Of course

First person I've heard of that dislikes the 997.2 rear. If you see a 997.1 and 997.2 side by side the 997.1 looks a bit dated. I think those slight angles in the 997.2 rear around the taillights make a world of difference.
