Thanks I'm really pleased how it's turning out. At first it was way too high but since I had it lowered I think it looks just right now. And I don't have any issues with speed bumps.
In May I'm having the rear end done, I have all the parts already, just waiting until my leave from work. Really excited about that, I hate the Gen.1 rear lights, the LEDs look so much more modern. Will post more pics after it's done.

None. I did a big search before I committed to the CL conversion. There was a company making something that was "inspired' by these wheels and I almost bought a set, but they said they'd stopped making them; they said they had one set left but I worried about if I needed a replacement at some point. The company is Agency Power and here is the link These are the closest to the GT2RS wheel I could find and I searched for months.
Once I found out I could have the CL conversion done I was sold because I loved the wheels so much.

What kind of costs are we talking for the CL conversion? It looks really updated with the CL conversion, but not sure I could stomach the costs. I'm torn between this and some OZ Superforgiatas.

Well it's not the cheaper option. If like most on here you are in the USA then you can buy the kit from Suncoast. Then it's approx 11 hours labour at the place of your choice. Because of the controversy over CLs I opted to have my local Porsche Dealer do the work. It was £1,500 (plus £1,250 for the kit) and then I bought used but excellent wheels at €3000. So it was about £5,000 in total which is about $8,000! Wow sounds worse now that I wrote it down like this! Haha. But I still think it was worth it. I'll keep this car for a long time, maybe I'll never sell. One of the last manual Turbos!
Would probably be less expensive in the US as prices always seem to be cheaper there. Best thing would to get a quote from the Porsche dealer. Make sure whomever you ask has experience doing it.

Chris: Nice car and beautiful pic! I envy you CA guys and the amazing roads in close proximity. When I'm out there, I rent a decent ride and make a beeline for the SM mountains and the canyon roads. If you don't mind me asking, what's your typical commuting route?

Thanks! The Santa Monica mountains are basically my playground. I live in Agoura/Calabasas and work in Santa Monica so my standard commute is Malibu Canyon to PCH; however, there are many alternates. The above pic was a bit of a detour, Mulholland between Malibu Canyon/Las Virgenes and Cornell Rd, but still loops to home without backtracking. This is just east of the Rock Store and Snake section. I can also go over Stunt Road, Piuma, Latigo, Decker, Old Topanga, Tuna, etc...have lived here my whole life so I know the roads pretty well.
