Dension Owners
Hi Coq, the two shops that i know if are Performance audio on Pemberton street in North Vancouver and Ralph's Radio on Main street in Vancouver. Good luck!
I would recommend the Tranzit Blu HF unit by iSimple. I have been looking for something for several months and was not happy with the reveiws of the Dension unit - I wanted to retain the factory PCM as well. I read up on this unit from a member over on the other forum and was instantly sold. I picked one up, installed it last weekend in my 997.1TT and could not be happier. The BT works and sounds fantastic. You can stream all sorts of music from your iPhone IE: iTunes, Songza, XM/Sirius Satellite Radio (if you subscribe).

The unit works everytime, no issues, no echoing etc. Best part...it costs less than half of the Dension unit and most others out on the market and is easy to install. The hardest part for me was getting the PCM out, the rest was a breeze. Cost me less than $200

I installed it myself and the unit cost me less than $200 shipped to my door.
Looks like it's an FM transmitter, or aux in. Does the PCM have an aux in?
By any chance do you have the original link? I'd like to read more.

The device looks like it has both RCA plugs and the ability to use FM modulation:

Here is the post that inspired me to go this route:

the transit looks cool in that its hard wired to the FM. no static. I'm not crazy about the green button. seems like the Denison will be a little cleaner when it's all said and done. (if it works smoothly)

The Dension unit has nothing but poor reviews. Anytime someone brings up Dension it's a fleury of bad comments that follow. Based on what I have read, I wouldn't touch the unit but that's just my opinion.
Can't remember the exact price as I had it and a Passport 9500 CI installed at the same time. I'd get in touch with them, I'm sure they could quote you on the work and do a good job. I wasn't blown away by their service, it was ok. That said I'd probably give them my return business due to close proximity of where I live.
