It has dented some a little, but I will clear the threads up once the stock exhaust is gone.

Sure but there is no problem just putting new nuts on there already now.

Thanks, quick question can I remove the o2 sensor without unplugging the harness and just let it hang there until I get the new exhaust on?

Hi...

Yes you can. Just be careful with the wire so you do not kink/twist it. Or it is easy to unplug the top right by the motor mounts....

Again...Just be careful with the wire. For re-install....twist the wire in reverse...then start threading so it will be normal when completely screwed in.

Good luck!

If the nuts are that tight and doesnt take the stud out when removing, how are you supposed to remove the stud(s)? I will be installing an exhaust in the spring and was planning to replace the studs.

Not sure I understand, but the studs are reused, as long as you dont snap them

I really liked this approach since the studs are not exposed to any violent forces, the crappy nuts die a well deserved death though...

Xbox yes those are the connectors you need to disconnect. There are a pair like that on each side.

Yes, a little tight since I have airbox and y-pipe in the way, but yes those where a no-brainer to loosen.

My driver side front o2 didnt come out nicely so I need to get a replacement asap, any suncoast link for this or part no?

New o2's ordered, from the US (stupid prices here 50-100% higher, not even asking the dealer for a quote)

Good 1h session today, exhaust is off including removing y-pipe and airbox to get better access to o2 sensor cabels.
