i've been considering upgrading my 9500ci laser shifters

sounds like the AL Priority jammers are better performer than the new 9500ci pro jammers/shifters ?

would it be better to integrate the AL priority with my current 9500ci (and turning off the 9500ci laser feature)

or should i just get the 9500ci pro shifters to replace my current ones ?

sounds like u are not expecting better results from the new LSP..

and what is this 'bridge' for the 9500ci pro ??

BestRadar, can the 9500ci and the ALP work harmoniously ? TIA

What you suggest is exactly what I have decided to do for mine. 3 AL Priority shifters (2 front, 1 rear) along with the 9500Ci for just radar. If I didn't mind buying all new stuff at once, I would go with the Bel STiR Plus it seems from reading and BestRadar along with the AL Priority.

Interesting ... a cop who uses a radar detector and can have the cars in his tag line ... just fascinating. I should have been a California cop!

I have been using a radar detector in my cars since I started to drive in 1980 and would never be without one.

As far I know the laws against radar detection and laser detection and jamming vary state to state. I lived in CA for 7 years, but I only had a V1 then. I know in VA you can't have any radar/laser detection or jamming at all and I think South Carolina and TN (not that I would ever go to TN), but here in NJ/NY/PA there are no laws against having these devices yet.

Why not upgrade now while the car is in the shop getting the radar installed? I was going to have to either get the new jammers associated with the 9500Ci or try some new company's stuff that the installer/clear bra guy and various sites say is the best. I figure if I get one ticket going 90 or so, between the ticket and the insurance, it pays for the $800 laser jammers.
I hear you mate. I am never the fastest.... always try to be 3rd at best in NY...

I did just do 8000 miles from NY down to NOLA and back and then to Dallas and down to Miami Beach and back (Nov-Dec) and did not have one problem with my crappy Solo S3.. but any laser may get you even if you have the best diffuser out there etc

Don't they typically aim for the headlight? I won't have a front tag. No, I pick up Saturday.
