From GTR to 991 C2S to 997.2 TT
Regrets?
My looking to trade my 2013 C63 coupe for a Porsche in the next few days. I'm torn between the 991 and the 997 TT... Will you miss your 991? What made you decide to change? Also, I'll be keeping this car for at least the next 3 years or so so which is best for a DD for three years?
I'm surprised this thread turned into the way it did on a forum like this.
I did have the same experience as others when going to a Nissan dealer to look at a GTR last year. There was a red GTR that had been sitting for months in the showroom(I drive past the dealer every day). I went to look at it after work one day, was dressed very nicely, and the salesmen didn't give me the time of day. When I finally asked the admin girl to have someone help me, the salesman that came to "greet" me was reluctant to even unlock the doors to let me see the inside. I was very surprised at the way he/they acted and wouldn't have expected others to have the same experience. I don't get it.

But the 997.2TT is a great DD too, and the upgrade of the 997.2 from the 997.1 is very similar of the 991
Hope this help!

I think that is the biggest issue a lot of guys and I have with the gtr. Its not worth the idiots in the dealer.
