I'm looking to replace my front strut mounts. I've had some issues before, and now getting a strange "creek" at slow speeds when turning the steering wheel small angles. Seems like it may be coming from the mounts/spring assembly or even the bearings - still original and car is at 95,000km.

Trying to figure out if these two fulfil the same purpose? Do the Ground Control Camber Plates come with bearings or is it just the camber plate (strut brace) - it's unclear? ...and which are the preferred? Mine is a daily driver, which hits the track once a year.
