I wonder how much extra a FPR will get out of the stock injectors? I know some people have done it, but I haven't seen any definitive results.

I asked Todd about it a few months ago when we planned out my build and it isn't really worth it with the stock injectors. They get maxd out pretty easily on e85

No need to do rods on stock turbos, or?

You don't have to but if I am going to build a higher hp car, I am going to upgrade it so I don't get a 30k bill because I bent a rod and blew the motor.

My plan when I get back to the US is to upgrade the rods, do coolant tubes and add injectors then decide if I want to upgrade the turbos. I can do all of those things myself so it won't be a super expensive upgrade.

Nice and smart thinking. What does a 997.1 with injectors, FP, E85 tune and exhaust put down or better yet what traps are they capeable of with stock turbos?

Somewhere in the low to mid 600whp range, and 130+mph 1/4 mile traps.

All the 911 needs is a good 3" exhaust, clutch, injectors, GT2 intercoolers, and a tune for E85. As Rix said, it'll make ~620ish whp and near 700 wtq.

I have Protomotive (Bosch) 80lb injectors, and a 5-bar fuel pressure regulator. The latter is quite cheap and will buy you a whole lot of headroom. If I were doing it again I would buy the Injector Dynamics ID1300's (also mostly Bosch) and be done with it since I plan to swap to those soon anyway.

Stock car except for e85 tune and exhaust ?

1. Todd was amazing to work with, answering my 10000 questions quickly and shipping everything out quickly as well.
2. The catless xpipe exhaust sounds great. I don't notice any drone and even my 7 year old daughter told me today to keep the radio off so she could hear the Porsche.
3. The E85 tune is ridiculous. I have driven fast cars before...cars with 500+rwhp and the Porsche on E85 scared the **** out of me the first time I spun her over 5k rpm. The tires can break loose easily.
4. The tune retains 100% stock idle and drivability characteristics. No differences at all.

Now the bad....so I was merging onto the Autobahn today. Third gear then shifted to fourth, then 5th at around 4k rpm. I floored it and at about 5k rpm the clutch slipped badly. I was ready for it and shifted to 6th and got off the gas.

So now I have to decide if I want to do a clutch swap over here where is it VERY Very expensive or do I detune it until I get back to the US in about 2 years.....I was hoping it would last at least a little while.

Do an upgraded clutch now.
Does this car have stock turbos?
congrats on fun set-up

What clutch are you guys running to handle 6xxwhp and 700wtq?

Also, how much are you guys paying for the labor on injectors install?
