I have the Vorsteiner kit but the rear seems like it could use something under particularly in the center. Does anyone have this lower strake diffuer piece? If so, what is your feedback? Seems a bit steep at $3500 - but it looks great.
That's a champion motorsports diffuser, not a sharkwerks diffuser. As for costing $3500, I've seen several non branded replicas of that diffuser for sale on eBay both in carbon fiberglass ($1000 for the fiberglass version if I remember right... Can be painted black). I cannot comment on their fitment though.

I tried those ebay replica piece and the fitment was horrible! I immediately returned it. Stay away from those junk!

No it's not. The only products Sharkwerks produces themselves are exhausts and coolant lines. They are mostly just a vendor. The link you provided is for a Werks1 diffuser, sold by Sharkwerks. Werks1 is the carbon fiber division of Champion Motorsport.
Ah you mean Sharkerks rebrands it. That's fine. I thought you were trying to say it wasn't a Sharkwerks offering which clearly it is.
Anyhow, does anyone have it? And are there any alternatives other than the super cheap eBay ones?
Sharkwerks do not rebrand it. It is made by WERKS1 which is a brand of Champion motorsport and yes I have owned it and it is a great piece and made very well.
Only reason I sold mine was it sat to low for me and I didn't want to destroy it. If you drive on really flat roads then you will be fine if you don't then be prepared to smash it up.

Wow it looks like it definitely is higher off the ground than the front chin. Does it hang lower than the rest of the undercarriage? When you say rough roads and beating it up did you scrape a lot?
I figure someone must have created a non carbon piece that I can wrap ;-). If not I may spring for it.

I scraped it once reversing off my drive which was enough for me to remove it.
That piece is a Werks1 carbon fiber rear diffuser. Werks1 is one of the Champion Motorsport brands that are designed, tested, and produced by us. Our Werks1 parts are all 100% hand made carbon fiber, perfectly fitting, and wind-tunnel tested! Alex and the crew at Sharkwerks are not only one of our premier CA dealers, but also good friends. You can buy from them with total confidence.
However, to answer your original question...the answer is no. We designed the rear diffuser to fit the original Porsche bumper, so it's very unlikely that it will fit any aftermarket bumper I'm afraid.
ive had this diffuser on my DD 997 for almost a year and half. i scrape it 2 times a day (coming in and out of driveway). A couple of months ago I had the entire rear end of the car resting on the diffuser.
