Techart exhaust looking tips
Hey fellas does anybody know any exhaust systems that have similar exhaust tips like Techart? The ones I'm looking for is the 2 oval ones connected to each other with one of them bigger than the other.
Akunob,
Where did you get those techarts? I have the black chrome ones on my 09 meteor grey cab and they look great, but they are the ones with the fake second tip. Yours have two openings. Is this a new design? Techarts are nice but ridiculously expensive. I also have a pair of fabspeed black chrome dual tips collecting dust in the garage. Can't seem to make up my mind which I like better

Do you have any fitment issue with fabspeed exhaust tips? Did any part of the tip touching the plastic trim of the exhaust? These tips can get hot and melt the plastic, also all tips should have at least half an inch clearance to allow vibration and shaking
I have not had any issues with either the Techarts or the fabspeeds. The fit is good on both although it takes some work to get them alighted correctly. I actually like the black chrome on the fabspeeds better as its shinier. Calling the Techarts black chrome is a stretch as they are more flat black. However I like the dual oval rings better than the fabspeeds. I know people have complained about the black chrome not lasting on the fabspeeds but to be honest they were not on my car that long and they have spent over a year in a box so have not looked at them. I've had friends wanting to buy them, but I will keep both because I may want to switch them out.
Personally I think these are the two best options if you want to swap out the stock tips. Techarts are much more pricier. I have a europipe stage 1 on the car and no issue with the fit.

At the time, GMP only had the .1 Techart tips shown on their website but it didn't specify that they were .1 only and I inadvertently ordered those. Based on the model of my car they could tell that I had ordered the wrong part, called me and corrected it BEFORE shipping it out. Great guys.
On the design, the .2 have two openings (it actually one connection to the exhaust tubes but the gases expel out of BOTH ovals). This is different than the .1s. They are somewhat pricey but auto enthusiasts never fail to comment (favorably) when they note the "Techart" stenciled on the tips, its synonymous with quality!
