I stand by SAM at By Design as being one of the best customer service Porsche places ever as I was one of if not the 1st Kline purchases from him and outstanding service period so I'm a little taken back that you guys would jump on here and feel its appropriate to try and steal his customers and act like if further customizing is needed like we wouldn't go right back to probably the largest Cobb dealer period and i have never seen anyone that has dealt with him say anything negative its always top notch service.

 

This is a misunderstanding at least on our part. Before responding to your post we'd like to first say we apologize to Sam and OP if that is how our earlier post came across. We are relatively new on this board having been here for about a year now and from what we could gather Sam is a down to earth great honest knowledgable vendor and we have respect for him as do many other members that he's helped in the past.

Having said that, we're here to be part of this community not only as vendors but as contributors as we've tried to do over the past year and plan to continue down the road. We did not realize Sam was doing any custom tuning as we understood Sam as a retail vendor and not a tuner. We also understood Mitch@Cobb worked with Sam to adjust the OTS map and we mentioned we're here to help customize it further from where OTS maps are as we have the means of extracting a little more from them through some remote tuning.

Take it for whatever its worth but we sincerely apologize if our post came off the way you've described as it was far from our intentions.

Dzenno, I have only heard great things guys! I agree perhaps just a misunderstanding. You will get to know everyone and the politics here lol. Cheers to you. Been at this for quite a while now and we are proud to be a part of the Cobb team.

For the record we are doing Cobb Pro Tunes with great success and have grown as one of the largest Dealers in the US within months. We share everything with Cobb and support each other to ultimately give the customer the best service and quality. Mitch and the team have impressed me and the customers love it. The next level pro Tunes are dependent on the customers needs and goals.
