The good reputation of FVD Brombacher is well know. They have long tenure in their field and their products are top notch. That's obviously really important but so it good customer service. I recently had to return something to them (nothing to do with the quality of the product) and I have to say the customer service from Rhonda and FVD couldn't have been quicker and more professional. I spent my professional career trying to figure out how to delight customers and I had to share that FVD has it down pat. Thanks FVD.......
