What would cause low pressure while brake-boosting?

I'm close to having my car back to where I think it should be as far as power. Data from the track last night shows I'm only off by a couple tenths. The only thing I still notice is that I don't get near the amount of boost I should while brake-boosting. Boost comes on strong and hard after the first 100-200 ft, but prior to that the car feels like it's gagging a bit. I've done this technique a lot with this car in the past and know that the boost used to build much stronger. Here are the things I've checked already: tightened hose clamps, new air filter, cleaned MAFs, new boost sensor. Any other ideas of what I should be looking for? Thanks!

Unless something changed Giac does't offer brake boosting.

997.1 turbos have always been able to brake boost, nothing required from the GIAC tune. I've had the tune for a couple years and have never had problems brake boosting until recently. I can't seem to build enough boost prior to launch.

Ok so you must have a tip right ? because i'm positive on a 6sp it's not an option it has to be tuned in & Giac doesn't offer it but Proto does & also Cobb & maybe some others, maybe someone else can chime in here.I know when i had my Proto tune i could do it & also now on my Cobb & it def gives you a sling shot effect when done on a roll.

Yes, I should have clarified, it's a tip and I'm talking about brake boosting from a stop for maximum launch. It used to get around 8-10 psi however now it seems to only be getting around 4 psi during launch.

Would logging data while brake boosting be of any value since this is where I suspect I'm not getting proper boost?
