Got a replacement
Hi Gents,

Just wanna share my replacement, just sold my 02 6speed and replaced with a 08 Tip. Wife couldn't drive a manual so had to get a automatic.Hoping to learn many things about the 997TT with you gents.

BTW, did the prior owner add the radio antenna? Mine doesn't have that.

I believe that the antenna was a Porsche OE option.

Thanks guys, I was wondering about the antenna too I asked the prior owner he said the first owner order the car with the antenna, and the second owner did installed a passport 9500 beside that everything else is stock.

Either way, Congrates dude, I'll avoid the antenna site when possible. Take photos from the driver side. You could hide the antenna from that angle.


I really, didn't mean to point out the antenna on your car. Just a statement of difference for me. The "Passport 9500" doesn't have any play with the antenna.


I am no antenna expert, or am I?
