Exhaust Residue

Hey guys - posted on Reenlist but figured may get some better info here...

Recently installed a Softronic tune and GMG exhaust .... Now I am getting some black soot on the rear fender - like its running rich ...

Any ideas on why this is occurring ?

Thanks

If you removed your cats that is the junk they are designed catch.

I had this issue on an RX7 Turbo I removed the cats on. I also had some burn marks from unburned fuel around the exhaust area.
