at this point it looks like you guys should take your fight outside the forum. It ceased being productive many posts ago. Just my opinion.

From an outsider's perspective...I see how this can be very frustrating for the OP and understand Dan's "policy" directive. Having met Dan several times I know he stands behind what he sells directly. I believe it would be a good gesture to simply go above and beyond and have Agency take back the part and send him a replacement at their cost. IMO, outside of policy, this is how business is won and loyalty retained.

Obviously, this is an eBay and Agency Power problem...I'm not surprised that Vivid has offered to help even though they were not at all involved in the transaction...to attempt to e-thug Vivid on this forum is disingenuous at best and very unfair....the member needs to address this with the parties involved and settle his issue off of this forum
