Glad to contribute as many other members do! Before I answer your question, just want to make it clear that these are the sideskirts that we make/sell but I will answer your question with objectivity. However, I have sold quite a few to members here and am happy to provide references if needed (Redwine702, zero911, etc)
A. Fit is 98%. Can't say it's 100% as its not oem but it fits extremely well
B. We recommend double side tape where it touches the body on the side and two screws on the underbody. Some have drilled holes on the inside of the fender well but it's not necessary.
C. It's made out of fiberglass
D. The removal will leave the stock body undamaged other than the holes drilled on the underside (if you decide to do so).
Hope that helps!

No floor jack and no friends. I've installed the lip and the GT2 sides myself believe it or not (and it was tough for me). Removing the rear bumper and subsequently the rear lower valence pieces from the rear bumper... I have not had the opportunity to do so yet.
I'll keep this thread updated as to what I end up doing.

To get the rear valence off, you need to remove the rear bumper cover. There are screws and clips the you can only get to from the inside. It is pretty easy to do. I would suggest looking at one of my DIY publications, as many of them show how to remove the rear bumper. Once it is off, you will see how to get the valence loose. Pretty straight forward. I know I also posted some pics on another post of what the inside looks like while off and where the valence clips / screws on.
You should be able to get the bumper cover off in about 30 mins +/-.

You are welcome to do it in my garage if space is a problem. I don't have a lift but have jacks, jack stands, tools, etc. as I do just about all the work on my cars myself. zip 92679, just off of 241 and Santa Margarita.
That actually may help a lot. I only have a single car garage which makes things difficult. Maybe I could use your garage to remove my rear bumper, GT2 sides, and front lip.... and then use my audi wagon to pick up all the parts and bring them to the paint shop, if they fit in my car!
Sure, just PM or text me when you are ready to get stuff painted. Weekend AM is usually good depending on kids activities. If you bring your Car, I can simply bring your stuff back to Irvine after so you don't have to deal with coming back again in your A3.
