Anybody know what might cause this?

Had a car in today, blowing smoke and stinking of fuel, its running extremely rich.

Did some checking on the durametric, the fuel trimmed showed this:

Anybody have any good ideas why it would be pouring fuel into one side like that, its not showing any codes, and there doesnt seem to be an obvious culprit sensor wise.

Thanks heaps.

Update,

Seems that cylinder one is bearing the brunt of it. the bank one manifold had fuel in it. Its definitely overfueling that side.

How many miles on it. Maybe an injector, fouled plug or bad coil pack. Have you done any work to it in the last week or two.

seem to have found the issue. number one injector connecter had been switched with the Variocam connector.

Hence with the key on and pump running the injector stayed closed, but the second it fired up it got the cam reference voltage and decided to play CIS on that cylinder.
