Coolant in the oil is not a blown turbo. I've blown plenty of them on the B5 Audi S4's back in the day. It's classic headgasket failure.

Thxs... But normaly if a turbo blows it would trigger a check engine wouldn't it ?
On your blown turbos did it light up ?

Absolutely. Misfires, boost pressure codes at least.

It would only throw a CEL once you drove it, as sitting there idling isn't going to identify an issue like that. They would have to have driven it to diagnose a blown turbo, and you would see fault codes showing boost pressure deviation and misfires. And whatever god awful noise it would make depending on how it failed.

Given that you mentioned coolant loss with no visible trace of it, it's going into the engine. Which is 99.9% of the time, a headgasket failure.

Good luck and post back their explanation. I'm certainly interested to hear.

Op

Head gasket sounds trashed

Drop the Motor and do it right

Several reputable members here have told you that this is classic head gasket failure and the coolant loss and symptoms are not normal.

Yes I know it's typic head gasket
I'm going to talk with them today ask why they think it's the turbo !
It is possible its a cracked turbo .... They get very hot and could have been burning coolant so as not to see where it was going !
Obviously if it is the turbo it totally split when I was warming it up hence the smoke and the coolant passing into the combustion chamber
I will post some more later
Cheers

A good mechanic will pull and check the spark plugs. White residue on the plugs will indicate coolant . This will also identify what bank where the gasket has failed.

coffee oil (coolant+oil)=equals catastrophic failure. Regardless of where it came from all of your internals have had a nice bath in this goop.

attempting to put a band-aid on this situation will only cost more money, time, and aggravation in the end.

sorry to be blunt but would hate for someone to sell you some bad bill of goods only to end you back in the shop with cooked bearings a few days later.

2 months and you still don't know what is wrong with your car, find a shop that can solve your problems and not waste your time and money.

pull the headers, start the engine...if the white smoke is coming through the heads then this is a blown head gasket.if from the exhaust,it is the turbo.
