Methods to lower IATs
I have Champion intercoolers and meth injection running 100% meth through a 3 gallon fuel cell/bladder with steel braided lines + aircraft fittings. No headaches, no worries, no leaks and 30 minute track sessions with IATs at or below ambient as I chill the meth before the event. Nothing is better. Not even a highly modified air to water intercooler (which I had on another car).
Cheers.

You don't NEED a tune. You'd want to run smaller jets and less methanol. I run two 1.0mm jets for 75% meth / 25% water. When you run a 50./50 mix,.. you do more like two 0.9mm jets. You could run even smaller,.. and not re-tune,...and just get the benefits of the cooling. You could even run just water,.. or 75% water.
The methanol gives you extra octane,... but the water is what's doing the bulk of the cooling. Latent heat principal at work.
Perhaps running two 0.7mm jets with 25% meth / 75% water mix,.. and not tune would be my guess.
The system has safety's in it that shut down your boost if there is an issue with flow (either too much or too little). If you weren't "tuning" for meth,.. you could simply not connect that wire, and bypass the safety's. Then you could leave the system off most of the time,.. and only turn on the system on hot days or when at the track.

Check it out. This one is sold by 6speed vendor Emanuele Design:
These kits use plastic parts and cheap fittings that are prone to leaking/failure. Seen quite a few car fires and as a result, zero insurance coverage and some pretty pissed off people.
Pick one for the "brain" i.e. the controller (Aquamist is good but rather complicated and Coolingmist is best for simplicity and reliability) and use lines and fittings that the factory would use for a fuel system.
