TIme To add more...

I was out the other night visiting a friend when we decided to drive some back roads and go out for a fun ride..as all of you know the tpc module is a must mod mod and really brings out the best in how comfy this car can handle .. Really impressed on how much deeper and safer the car felt.. Almost like it was mid engined.. After that weekend I decided that springs and a good alignment would be a great addition to the car... After much search I'd like to see how gmg springs work with the module... Review do soon..

TPC is a company/shop. They created a suspension module that replaces the stock PASM (Porsche Active Suspension Management) module and (from what customers say) it has many improvements. The stock PASM Off/On non-sport/sport is a little jolting when you enable it. The two modes are pretty far apart from the factory, but the TPC module enhances the suspension, especially with the Bilstein PASM kit, to make it much more enjoyable and responsive. Less jarring/jolting.

Just to add a little more info.. This module sends signals to the shock 3-5 times faster then stock.. Just to put that in perspective the old system would send about 1000 signals per millisecond .. The new system sends signals that are on par with new Porsches or super cars of this year.. Another area that tpc worked on is rear axis alignment.. This car has no or very little rear weight transfer so when you throw the car in a turn the system really acts in ways to keep your a$$ planted.. At the same time helping you get out of the turn in a hurry..

I went out to the yard and wanted to see what the exact drop will be after gmg install.. One of the reasons I went with gmg was tpc actually recommends gmg they are produced by a high quality racing company and they give the slightest drop with biggest ground clearance up front..here are some pics before install on wheel ..

Front wheel....27 1/8

I've posted a pic of spec sheet if someone is looking for a very comfy street car but with slight track possibility ...first I want to thank tkx performance for doing such a great and fast job they are awesome guys that really know how to build race cars and are true suspension gurus ..if anyone is looking for a great Indy shop there awesome to deal with...
So as far as ride quality goes the car drives just as good if not better then stock...all that slack is gone and the car is glued to the ground...
Performance is a huge plus because this is how the car should have came from the factory...I will say that when the cars driven at 50-60% it starts to get firmer and firmer when pushed into a turn...when driving some of my favorite back roads that I know very well the car really likes to be pushed hard in those tight turns were before you could tell there was lots of float and front end lift ...as a performance mod this is a huge plus because the harder you dig into the turn the better they work....
As for ground clearance I haven't scrapped yet but please understand that you have to angle everything drive easy up driveways and know how to dive a dropped car...high speed stability has also been improved and as a whole the car just feels safe and planted...tpc Dsc module is a huge plus that is a great mod

If anyone can read the specs and give there appinion that would be great as I'm not fluid in that category
One more thing I'm going to use ruler and get more pics when I have sometime but I while say that with 7mm front and 15mm back spacers the car does look aggressive and looks perfect in my opinion...
More pics to come...

I'm curious as to what that rear toe translates to (in degrees). Every rack I've ever used listed it in degrees. Any idea what that number means?

The rear of my car was sketchy felling at the limit,.. so I installed Tarrett rear toe links and a dash more toe-in, and it feels a ton better. But I wonder where it "should be".

I don't know what it means but my tech did say that if you add to much the rear gets fishy.. So maybe it just needs to be dailed back a little.they really went out of there way to make the car as fun and safe as possible .. Then again when I was a little aggressive with the gas there was some controlled sliding so maybe that's just a natural behavior of the car..

What I had heard (from TPC among others),.. is that the rears of these cars are very sketchy in a hard turn if there is any toe-out in the rear,.. and even if it's just set at zero toe. And the inner bushings on the rear toe arms will flex under load and cause the toe to go outward,... so even if you have a hint of toe-in,.. the rear can get sketchy when pushed.

So some solid rear toe-arms,.. and an alignment with a bit of static toe-in is the hot ticket.

Not sure the amount though,... like 1/2 a degree per side? Perhaps?

Hoping to find an expert that can give me a more definitive number.
