Thoughts on my battery/electrical issue? Help Needed.

My car is an 07 Turbo Manual i've had since June. All in all it's been more than outstanding....until last weekend. Last weekend i went outside to my garage to find a dead car. DEAD. 0 power. 0 electricity. 0. I assumed the battery failed. So i went out and bought a battery. $160 later i put a new battery in the car and all is fine. drove the car last sunday. Drove the car last tuesday.

Today i go outside to take the car for a drive. DEAD. 0 power. 0. I pop the hood and hook up a trickle charger to it. I go outside 4 hours later and the trickle charger says "Charged". Still 0 power. 0. Not a little. 0. NIL.

I would have been surprised to see the car start at that point but given that the car showed 0 power again has me concerned.

Anyone ever deal with this? If it's the alternator...fine. No big deal. But it seems like there's something drawing power from the battery at all times that's basically wrecking **** on my electrical system. The car does have an aftermarket head unit it in...but its off...like everything else in the car. and it has caused me no issue up to this point.

Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks.

The ground strap is something which has created such issues. You may want to check that.

Well....i went outside this morning and the car started....so obviously there's something draining the battery while the car is off. Hopefully it's something having to do with the aftermarket stereo.
