Front trunk release

Hello... I saw your comments about here.. you definitely sound like you know your stuff!!

What about this?? I also cant open my front trunk (997.1 Carrera S)
Battery is fine
footwell swith AND key fob both do not open the frunk. I hear the solenoid clicking under the hood though...
I ALSO tried accessing the emergency cable from inside the drivers side wheel well and there was NO CABLE in that rubber grommet!!!

Now what??? uggghh!!

I had this issue, put a charger on the fuse box pole and keyfob worked. Battery was completely dead.

thats great it worked for you, but my battery is fine....

Push down the the hood while pressing the release button.
