Planning on some mods in the spring....Am i missing anything?

Currently the car has

AWE Exhaust
AWE Intercoolers
GIAC Tune
PSS10's (Damptronic)
Swar Bars
Sachs 2.5
BBI Slave
Porsche Sport Shifter

Planned for the spring

TPC DSC
Injectors
Intake Tubes
Y Pipe
Throttle Body
Plenum
BMC Air Filter
Cobb with E85 and Pump tune

Missing anything? Should i have the coolant pipes pinned? Any other suggestions? I want the car to be a bolt on car with as close to factory reliability as i can get. I plan to make sure the tune is safe and conservative even if i have to give up a few ponies.

I want the car to be DONE at this point and hopefully not have to bring it to another shop for a long time.

Add a bump steer kit for the front and rear that really helps lowered cars not feel as "darty" on the highway when going over uneven pavement..... jersey has quiet a bit of that.

If you are dropping the engine then definitely do the coolant pipes, all 10 of them. 7 aluminum ones and the 3 plastic ones. If you know how to or have access to an experienced TIG welder I would weld them instead of pinning. The 3 plastic ones could be replaced by the stainless ones Sharkwerks sells. This is what I did on mine.

Also recommend motor mounts if the motor is out - transmission mounts as well is a nice cheap upgrade.

Thanks for the info. I'll likely take care of all the coolant pipes and look into the bump steer kit. Motor mounts i'll skip because i'm not trying to bring any more vibration into the cabin.

Thanks

BMC air filter is a pretty dubious upgrade. I've seen pictures of the surround breaking down. I'd skip it.

Good list, I'de hold on the plenum and throttle and do so ething else, without a big turbo setup I don't think its worth its price and hassle. If you track look into an lsd or a tbd, I use wavetrack and its really good.

How about a refresh to old rubber hoses, water pump, thermo, belt, rollers.

Front cv boots go bad on these cars often, good opportunity to change cv's and wheel bearings.

Good luck
